Vice President of Operations Tomas Ramos has worked in Colorado's paint industry for 24 years. He knows every phase of a paint project, because he's held roles from painter to subcontractor and now manages Proff Paint Co.'s several crews. Ramos is bilingual, allowing him to communicate effectively with every team reporting to the general contractor of any project, a definite asset when it comes to on-time and on-budget delivery.
"Our philosophy is to make the client happy by doing an exceptional job, not just a good job," says Ramos. "We hire hard workers, honest people. And we deliver superior work."
A native of Montana, Matt Schuster grew up in a construction family. He too had a small construction company before becoming a lineman. As a lineman he worked from a helicopter installing power lines. When he’s not meeting with Proff Paint customers, Matt enjoys taking full advantage of Colorado’s great outdoors hiking, fishing, biking and all things fitness.
President of Proff Paint Co. and a Colorado native, Patrick Buddy Reifsneider has 40+ years of experience in the construction industry. While he spends half a year in California and half a year in Montrose, he still keeps a hand in the business. "We deliver service, service, service," says Reifsneider. "It's our thoroughness of approach that sets our company apart from any other painting company in operation today in the Rocky Mountain West. We do it right the first time."
The idea for starting a paint company came about when Patrick “Buddy” Reifsneider and Tomas Ramos got talking about the lack of professionalism on most paint jobs they’d seen in their experience. The two decided right then and there to Launch Proff Paint, the name Proff being the root of the word Professional.
Proff Paint Co opens its doors. Headquartered in Littleton, CO, Proff’s services are in demand from day one on the Front Range and in the mountains.
Proff Paint has built multiple crews of employees (not day hires) to further solidify our professionalism above any other paint company in the region.
Matt Schuster joins Proff Paint focusing on client consultations. He brings a new enthusiasm to the estimating process and Proff grows even more!
